Position Overview :

We are a leading IT services provider supporting large-scale enterprise environments with innovative, secure, and scalable network solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Wireless Network Engineer with a strong background in Cisco technologies to join our team and drive the design, implementation, and support of complex wireless and wired network infrastructures.



Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead or support enterprise wireless network projects from design through implementation.
  • Design and deploy secure wireless networks using Cisco WLC, APs, and Cisco DNA/ Catalyst Center.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches in campus and data center environments.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ISE for network access control and policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis across wired and wireless environments.
  • Participate in large-scale wireless surveys, validations, and optimizations.
  • Ensure network solutions follow best practices and align with security and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering with a focus on wireless infrastructure.
  • Proven project experience in network design, implementation, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking products, including:
    • Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
    • Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
    • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
    • Catalyst and Nexus switches
  • CCIE certification is preferred (Wireless preferred; R&S or Enterprise Infrastructure also accepted), CCNP certifications are minimum requirements.
  • Expertise in Layer 2/3 protocols, wireless protocols, authentication methods (802.1X), and network segmentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using tools such as packet captures, logs, and network analyzers.
  • Solid understanding of network security concepts and identity-based access control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid Ontario G driver’s license and be able to travel to customer sites as required.
