Genie Matthews and Associates is hiring a Roadway Superintendent for active Richmond, VA projects in the Central Virginia area. You will lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews on highway projects, most with VDOT involvement, and coordinate with inspectors and engineers.
The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil roadway/utility supervision, DOT/VODT experience a plus, and a strong grasp of plans, quantities, and safety practices. Relocation to Central Virginia is welcome.
