Overview

To deliver a great shopping experience, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks each time while championing our products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us continually improve.

• Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and shelves stocked.
• Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout the visit.
• Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
• Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer at all times.
• Work across various store areas, adapting to changing demands of the retail environment.
