Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en verantwoordelijk voor telefonisch contact, e-mailbehandeling en administratieve taken. Een proactieve houding en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands zijn essentieel. Beschikbaarheid op zaterdag en af en toe een avond is vereist.
