Job Description

A Credit Control Administrator is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing bad debts within TNC/247. Responsibilities include invoicing, transferring liability on penalty charge notices, chasing overdue invoices via phone, email and post, managing damage invoicing, aging debt credit control, vehicle immobilisation, escalation and support to other departments, stakeholder communication, compliance, debt recovery, and liaising with the CX team.

The role also involves assisting the manager in preparing court packs and providing holiday cover for recovery of excess and replacement vehicles.

What You’ll Do
  • Improve efficiency in cash collection activities and reduce bad debt exposure.
  • Chase overdue invoices in a timely manner in line with process.
  • Invoicing and transferring liability for penalty charge notices.
  • Provide holiday cover for recovery of excess and replacement vehicles.
  • Immobilise vehicles in line with nonpayment processes.
  • Recover debt for Hertz 247.
  • Assist manager in preparing court packs.
