We're recruiting factory operatives across multiple departments – and the great part is, you'll get a tour of the site to see which role feels like the right fit for you.

• Hand‑glazing products with care and precision.
• Operating machines in shaping or finishing departments.
• Loading and unloading trollies with materials or finished goods.
• Working in final inspection – checking quality and detail.
• Supporting general factory duties across the site.

• The workplace can be dusty and warm, which may not be suitable for people with conditions such as asthma or skin sensitivity.
• Some departments are noisy and require ear protection – all PPE is provided.
• We'll invite you on a site tour before your first shift so you can get a real feel for the role.
