About The Role

Atlas FM is looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client’s premises. We want someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and wants to make a difference in their work environment.

Hourly Rate: £12.21 —

Location:

Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 1LH

• Full learning and support from Atlas. Learning and support will be a mixture of on‑the‑job training, toolbox talks and discussions with your supervisor/manager about opportunities within the business.

• You’ll be inducted at the start of your contract and will be trained within your first week of work on the cleaning specification and equipment usage.
• Providing a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handling site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
• Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintaining Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Working within a team that goes the extra mile.

All you need is:

• An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safe communication and confidence when interacting with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Local to the area.
