- Metal Stamping to lead a stamping crew, ensuring safe, efficient press operation. You will apply tool and die expertise and servant leadership to build a high-performing team.
You will drive continuous improvement through SMED and lean manufacturing, coordinate with Engineering and Design, and oversee maintenance and safety programs to meet quality standards.
