Lawn Starter is seeking an experienced Lead PM to own our conversational AI and agent experiences for homeowners and Pros. You’ll shape chat interactions, the actions the AI can take, and how it hands off to humans, while extending AI into existing workflows beyond chat windows.
You’ll lead with data, define evals and guardrails, and collaborate across engineering, design, data, and support to ship impactful AI in a fast-moving marketplace.
