Via Lighting is a leading provider of innovative architectural lighting solutions, headquartered in Riyadh, operating as a specialized Lighting Design and Consulting studio with expertise in strategic design consulting and value engineering.
Via Lighting is seeking a highly skilled, ambitious and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Accountant professional to join our finance team in Lebanon.
This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage and oversee all aspects of accounts payable and demonstrate capability for leadership and growth.
MainRoles & Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and record supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Match invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process payment orders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and reconcile supplier statements.
- Handle supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely settlement of dues.
- Prepare regular AP reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cash flow updates.
- Support the Accounting Manager in managing bank reconciliations and monitoring liquidity.
- Participate in preparing tax and zakat submissions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to budgeting and cost control by tracking expenses and identifying variances.
- Support project accounting by ensuring supplier‑related costs are accurately allocated.
- Collaborate with auditors by providing relevant AP and financial documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus).
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, with strong expertise in accounts payable.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax/zakat requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with ERP – SAP B1 / accounting systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and deliver results.
