Auditing Supervisor - Financial Services

As an Auditing Supervisor you will Manage and execute financial audit engagements with high efficiency, lead a team of 4–6 auditors, ensure compliance with auditing standards, organize all work stages from planning to report issuance, and contribute to business development through client visits and maintaining sustainable professional relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and execute audit engagements in line with IFRS & ISA standards.
• Perform audit procedures across all accounting cycles and assess risks.
• Review audit working papers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare audit reports, key findings, and recommendations.
• Lead and supervise a team of 4–6 auditors, including coaching and performance follow-up.
• Communicate professionally with clients and manage engagement scope.
• Support business development through client visits and service opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–7 years of experience within audit firms.
• Professional certifications are a strong plus (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, internal controls, and business cycles.
• Proven experience in team leadership and engagement management.
• Proficient in accounting systems and audit software.
• Strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
