We are seeking 4 experienced Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Consultants with strong Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) and banking domain experience. The consultants will play a key role in implementing and optimizing FAH to transition the client from pass‑through accounting to event‑based accounting.

• Perform requirements analysis, functional and technical design, implementation, and quality assurance for Oracle FAH integrated with Oracle EBS.
• Define and design the accounting architecture to migrate from standard/pass‑through accounting to event‑based accounting.
• Analyze accounting impacts and ensure accurate event‑to‑account mappings.
• Review and validate solutions developed by other teams for accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
• Design workaround solutions for source systems that do not support event‑based accounting.
• Execute SIT/UAT testing, reconciliation, and validation of accounting entries.
• Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct end‑user training, prepare documentation, and support change management activities.

• 10–12 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong banking domain experience, particularly in financial and sub‑ledger accounting.
• Hands‑on experience integrating FAH with Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS).
• Proven expertise in event‑based accounting and accounting impact analysis.
• Strong experience in FAH configuration, accounting rules and mappings, functional and technical design, solution review and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
