Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join a leading gas distribution company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and play a key role in overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic decision‑making. This role is essential to ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across the business.

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Analyzing risk, and putting the required controls in place to maintain accurate accounts
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the coordinating and completion of the annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Hire, manage, and mentor junior accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting systems like Odoo, or a similar ERP system
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Managed an Accounting function in a regional company in KSA
• Experience with hiring and managing a team from scratch
