Overview
We are looking for an experienced Resident Test Engineer (Automotive) to join our client's team onsite in Riyadh
, Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer passionate about embedded automotive software testing, validation, and system integration.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 5–6 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Testing & Validation
- Strong hands‑on experience with HIL and vehicle‑level debugging
- Proficiency in Embedded C, Python, and CAPL
- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, and test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of MISRA‑C, ASPICE, and Automotive SW development lifecycle
- Hands‑on experience with automotive protocols: CAN, CAN FD, Flex Ray, LIN, Ethernet
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics (UDS, OBD) and ECU flashing
- Proficiency in Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANAPE/INCA)
- Experience with Git/Gerrit, Jira, Polarion
- Basic hardware knowledge: schematics, oscilloscope, and HW benches
- Willing to travel occasionally to KAEC (King Abdullah Economic City)
- Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh.
- Must hold a transferable Iqama.
