Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise technology and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses We take concepts from zero to launch and when a venture proves its potential we back it with hands-on support to help it scale We are building several ventures at once across fintech capital markets real estate B2B marketplaces and consumer Each one needs a founding team Instead of advertising every seat separately we run one Entrepreneur in Residence track You tell us where your expertise lies whether that s sales marketing product technology finance or operations and through the interview process we match you to the venture and founding role where you can have the biggest impact

The role

• what you ll own Co-found a Sanabil Studio venture in the founding role that matches your expertise
• Take a validated thesis to a live licensed and scaling business
• Own your function end to end strategy execution and results
• Build and lead the founding team in your function
• Shape the venture s strategy culture and operating rhythm alongside your co-founders
• Represent the venture to Sanabil Studio leadership and partners

The profile

• you re probably a fit if
• You have 8 years of experience and deep hands-on expertise in at least one area such as sales marketing product management technology finance risk or operations
• You have built something from zero as a founder an early team member or the person who launched a new business line
• You have a verifiable track record not just exposure to
• You have led a team or owned a business line
• You are comfortable at zero-to-one building lean iterating fast and doing the work yourself before there is a team
• You are fluent in Arabic and English and based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
• strong Bonus strong prior founder experience direct work with SAMA CMA REGA SIMAH Nafath or ZATCA an existing network in your sector

What success looks like in your first 12 months

• You have taken your venture from thesis to live customers
• You have hired the core team in your function and set a clear operating cadence
• Your co-founders and the studio see you as a decisive founder who ships

You have 8+ years of experience and deep, hands-on expertise in at least one area, such as sales, marketing, product management, technology, finance, risk, or operations.

You have built something from zero, as a founder, an early team member, or the person who launched a new business line.

You have a verifiable track record, not just "exposure to."

You have led a team or owned a business line.

You are comfortable at zero-to-one: building lean, iterating fast, and doing the work yourself before there is a team.

You are fluent in Arabic and English and based in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh.

Bonus: prior founder experience; direct work with SAMA, CMA, REGA, SIMAH, Nafath, or ZATCA; an existing network in your sector.
