Our Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our construction division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and contribute to the continued success of a leading company in the region. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the construction division.
This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction division's operations, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the construction division.
- Manage budgets, monitor project costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with company targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report on project progress, financial performance, and key metrics to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the construction division remains competitive and innovative.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
