Our Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our construction division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the construction division.

• Oversee all aspects of the construction division's operations, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the construction division.
• Manage budgets, monitor project costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with company targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
