Construction Manager

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is critical within our team, as it involves managing diverse teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the construction process from start to finish
• Review project proposals and plans to determine specifications and requirements
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and review project financial reports
• Ensure all construction activities are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
• Lead and motivate the construction team to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections, addressing any issues that arise during the construction process
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Prepare reports on project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and best practices
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills to interact with all project stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of construction
