Senior Manager - Construction; MAS

Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment and leisure landscape, and we are seeking a Senior Manager - Construction to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will oversee and coordinate construction activities across various projects, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards for safety, quality, and sustainability while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

• Oversee the entire construction lifecycle of projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and optimal resource allocation.
• Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards in construction practices.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety measures, and address any project-related challenges.
• Manage the procurement process for materials and services required for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed project reports, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and recommendations for senior management.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate successful project execution.
• Encourage a culture of safety and compliance within the construction teams and enforce adherence to safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on large‑scale development projects.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving project success.
• Robust understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
• Prior experience in the Middle East construction sector is highly advantageous.
