Senior Quantity Surveyor

Anzurra is partnering with a major international construction contractor to deliver a search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their growing operations in the Middle East. With a strong track record delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects worldwide, our client is expanding their commercial team in Riyadh as part of their ongoing involvement in the region’s landmark development programmes.

Based full-time on site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will join an international joint venture responsible for a high‑profile infrastructure development, forming part of one of the city’s flagship urban transformation initiatives. The project includes extensive civil works, utilities, structures, landscaping, and infrastructure.

• Managing subcontract procurement, administration, and performance
• Leading contract administration for major civil and urban infrastructure packages
• Performing measurements, calculations, and cost control activities
• Preparing monthly commercial reports and supporting project documentation
• Drafting and managing payment applications
• Handling variation orders and supporting claims and EOT submissions
• Assisting in the preparation and substantiation of claims
• Engaging with the client/employer side on commercial matters

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the industry
• Experience working for main contractors on major civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in subcontract management
• Solid understanding of contract administration
• Proven experience in claims, variations, and EOT support
• Ideally, previous experience working in the Middle East
