Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our Projects Department and support the smooth execution of construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee and follow up on daily site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Implement site works according to approved drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design requirements.
• Supervise concrete works, ensuring quality control and coordination with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct daily inspections with the Quality Control team and consultants to identify and resolve deviations.
• Prepare progress reports outlining milestones, challenges, and overall project status.
• Work closely with the Construction Manager to plan construction phases.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and effective inventory management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to address and resolve issues proactively.
