Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for major aviation infrastructure projects in the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with main contractors on airport developments, ensuring smooth execution of works, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery.

• Site Supervision:
  Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including civil, structural, and MEP works. Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination:
  Lead site teams, subcontractors, and labor force to achieve daily and weekly targets. Maintain effective communication between site and project management teams.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments regularly.
• Progress Monitoring:
  Track work progress against schedule and report any delays or issues. Prepare daily site reports and escalate critical matters to the Construction Manager.
• Resource Management:
  Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. Coordinate deliveries and logistics to avoid site disruptions.

• Education:
  
  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10+ years in construction, with at least 3 years in a Site Manager role in the aviation sector.
• Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale airport or aviation infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.

• Familiarity with GCC building codes and aviation standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
