Construction Manager; BLVD SE-Off

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Manager to join our esteemed team. In this role, The role will be instrumental in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications, budgets, and timelines. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution while upholding safety and quality standards.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets while tracking project progress regularly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and enhance project efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
