The Senior Foreman – Mechanical Construction is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing mechanical construction activities  role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company policies. The Senior Foreman leads foremen and skilled workers while coordinating with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.

• Supervise and lead mechanical foremen, technicians, and skilled labor on site
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient manpower utilization
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site-level issues
• Monitor productivity and work progress against schedules
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems such as piping, HVAC, equipment, pumps, compressors, and related systems
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to avoid conflicts
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure use of proper PPE at all times
• Ensure mechanical works meet quality standards and inspection requirements
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and client representatives
• Rectify non-conformances and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in planning daily and weekly work activities
• Coordinate material, tools, and equipment availability
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
• Report daily progress to the Construction Manager or Project Engineer
• Maintain daily work reports, manpower logs, and progress records
• Support preparation of method statements and work permits
• Assist in punch-list clearance and project close-out activities
• Site-based role with extended working hours as required
• Ability to work in challenging construction environments

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or senior foreman role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and specifications
