My client is a leading international contractor who works on major projects all over the world. They are currently working on a huge stadium project in Riyadh for the upcoming World Cup and are looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager. The role involves managing all contractual and commercial aspects of a stadium construction project under a Management Contracting model, ensuring compliance with contract terms, effective risk management, and alignment with project objectives.
The role involves coordination between the client, management contractor, trade contractors, and consultants.
Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or a similar field but should have a proven background working as a contracts manager on major building projects in the Middle East region. Experience of working on stadium or large sports venues is valued.
