Construction Manager - building

Premium Solutions Consultancy is actively looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a specialty in building projects to join our client's team in KSA. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the construction process from inception to completion.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Develop project schedules and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate modifications.
• Lead, mentor, and support site teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and commitment to excellence.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold construction standards and deliver superior results.

Required Position:

Hiring for our client in KSA Construction Manager as below:

15 to 19 Yrs of Experience in the Selected Field (and 6 Yrs as Site/Const. Mgr.)

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

- Buildings experience

Salary Range:

Working days: 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours:

8 hrs.

Basic 10,800 to 16,480 SAR
