About the Role
On behalf of our client in KSA - Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some relevant experience seeking to further develop their skills in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets and cost estimates.
- Help in the development of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.
- Support in the analysis of drawings and specifications to calculate quantities and costs.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to gather relevant data for cost assessments.
- Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to assess subcontractor bids and proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project correspondence.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on cost estimates and budget status.

Hiring for our client in KSA - Quantity Surveyor – Junior.
Experience:
3 to 5 years.
- Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in the Quantity Survey of the Electrical area.
- Experience in the Construction Field.
- Bilingual Candidates.
Working days: 6 days a week.
Working Hours:
8 hrs. + 2 hours overtime.
Salary Range:
Basic 6,900 to 7,680 SAR.
Accommodation + Transportation allowance + Other benefits.
