Reservation Agent - Saudi Talent

Summary

The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling reservation inquiries, bookings, and cancellations for customers. They will provide excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing reservations.

• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Assist customers in making new reservations, modifying existing reservations, and processing cancellations
• Provide customers with information about availability, pricing, and any special promotions
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and follow up with customers as needed
  
  Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of reservations and guest services
• Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Keep up to date with hotel policies, procedures, and amenities to provide accurate information to customers

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with reservation software and systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
