We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance service delivery.

Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve product offerings and service quality.

Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and systems.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
