- Answer customer calls and provide accurate and clear information.
- Find timely solutions for customer issues.
- Handle difficult or disruptive customers professionally and calmly.
- Receive and process customer inquiries efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Competitive salary package of 6,635 SAR per month
. - Monthly English language allowance of up to 1,000 SAR

- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet performance targets.
