We are seeking a dedicated and professional Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide comprehensive information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times.

• Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• Previous Opera experience is an asset.
• High communication skills (verbal and written). Perfect use of English. Knowledge of Arabic considered an important asset.
