Customer Service Specialist

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
  • Receive all incoming calls to the contact center.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate data to meet their requirements.
  • Handle customer feedback and comments and forward them to management.
  • Receive complaints and related inquiries, taking the necessary actions.
  • Raise customer requests and recommend target customer lists.
  • Submit daily reports on requests to the contact center.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and present the company and its services to customers without hesitation.
  • Maintain familiarity with all service details offered to customers.
  • Communicate with customers and utilize all available resources to present services effectively.
  • Submit daily and monthly reports to the contact center.
  • Maintain customer data and ensure continuous follow‑up.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Maintain familiarity with all procedures and steps required to serve customers in the best possible way.
  • Be fully aware of the required specifications and standards for the product and services.
  • Submit a report about customer complaints and issues to the Customer Service Manager.
Skills
  • Ability to present the product to the customer in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities.
  • Flexibility and the ability to handle work pressure.
  • Proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to organize time and tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and understanding customer needs and requirements.
