Guest Relations Associate

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Guest Care Specialist  a Guest Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a positive and memorable experience during their interactions with our company.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests, handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide product recommendations, assist with bookings, and maintain accurate guest records. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to improve guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues or complaints
• Assist guests with booking reservations and provide product recommendations
• Maintain accurate guest records and update customer information as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
