Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:

Smart Plus is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

• Respond to and serve our customers through Smart Plus official platforms and websites, as well as official social media channels such as Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
• Provide accurate product information, support with order processing, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers and enhance their overall experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and cases in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to elevate service quality.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution, ensure satisfaction, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma (minimum).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
