Receptionists and Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities- Customer Reception:
Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to their desired location withinthe facility. - Providing Information:
Offer basic information about the products or services provided and answer anyinquiries clients may have. - Directing Phone Calls:
Route incoming callsto the appropriate departments within the facility and handlesimple inquiries over the phone. - Handling Complaints:
Address complaintsprofessionally, striving to resolve them promptly or directing them to the appropriate person. - Scheduling Appointments:
Organize the schedule for pre-booked appointments to ensure nooverlaps. - Problem-Solving:
Work to resolve any issues clients may face related to the services or products offered. - Offering Additional Assistance:
Provide extrahelp to clients by guiding them around the facility or advising onproduct choices. - Maintaining a Positive Work Environment:
Contribute to a positive work environment by interacting politelyand professionally with clients and colleagues.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles(fitness or hospitality preferred)
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Ability to handle member inquiries, registrations, and basicsales
- Basic computer skills (booking systems, MS Office, or CRMsoftware)
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
