• Create and review architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC),
  MOMRA guidelines
  , and local authority regulations.
• Prepare authority submissions and follow up for timely approvals.
• Project Coordination
  :
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate architectural solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with municipalities and regulatory bodies.
• Construction Supervision
  :
• Conduct site visits for inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies.
• Review contractor submittals and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting
  :
• Maintain project records, correspondence, and progress reports.
• Prepare specifications and material selection guidelines.
• Implement sustainable design principles and stay updated on industry trends.
• Integrate advanced technologies and software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, BIM).
• Mentor junior architects and supervise drafting teams.
• Assist in technical interviews for architectural department recruitment.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience
  : 10–15+ years in architectural design and consultancy, preferably on mega projects.
• Certifications
  :
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Professional certifications (e.g., RIBA, AIA) are a plus.
• Skills
  :
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
