Architect Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of innovative and sustainable buildings that meet our clients' needs and comply with local regulations.

• Develop and review architectural designs, plans, and specifications for various building projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure building safety and stability
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into architectural plans
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in architectural engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in managing complex architectural projects
• Knowledge of local construction practices and materials in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
