The role focuses on translating design concepts into precise technical documentation, ensuring seamless coordination between design intent, site execution, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will support fit-out delivery through detailed drawings, space planning, and multidisciplinary coordination.## ## Responsibilities:
* Produce detailed interior drawings including layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and joinery details using Revit
* Develop space plans that optimize functionality, circulation, and brand identity for office and hospitality settings
* Prepare technical packages for tender, construction, and authority approvals
* Coordinate with MEP, structural, and fit-out teams to ensure integration and buildability
* Conduct site visits to verify design intent and resolve technical issues during execution
* Prepare material specifications, schedules, and aligned with project and budget requirements
* Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, accessibility standards, and fire safety regulations
* Support value engineering and design optimization efforts## Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical interior design, with a focus on office and hospitality sectors
* Advanced proficiency in Revit for interior documentation and detailing
* Strong understanding of space planning, interior finishes, and construction methods
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools is a plus
* Ability to interpret design briefs and produce accurate technical drawings
* Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field
* Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills##

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in workplace strategy, branded environments, or hospitality fit-outs
* Knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
