We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the development of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, ensuring that they meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client vision and industry standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, urban planners, and interior designers to create cohesive project plans.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications, utilizing advanced design software and tools.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all phases of the project are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design options and solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.

Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.

Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and principles throughout the design and construction processes.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.

Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving projects to successful completion.

Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Creative problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and relevant professional licensure.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
