Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and optimization corporate real estate portfolio to support rapid organizational growth.
- Develop and oversee workplace layouts, blocking, and stacking plans to accommodate future headcount and evolving team structures.
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and translate functional and operational requirements into space and design solutions.
- Conduct data-driven analysis of space utilization, occupancy trends, and employee workflows to inform strategic space decisions.
- Drive end-to-end space planning processes—from concept through implementation—including revisions and iterative layout adjustments.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities to align workplace design with workforce planning, technology deployment, and employee experience objectives.
- Establish and maintain CAD and IWMS standards for accurate space data management and reporting.
- Work with external architects, designers, and consultants to ensure consistency with KDEA’s workplace design principles and brand identity.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
- Present proposals, floor plans, and utilization analyses to senior stakeholders for review and approval.
- Act as the subject matter expert in workplace design trends, innovative space utilization strategies, and hybrid work optimization.
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills; ability to interpret and communicate space metrics effectively using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to develop long-term space strategies that balance business growth, cost efficiency, and employee productivity.
- Strong understanding of workplace design principles, ergonomics, and the relationship between space and human performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Planning, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate space planning, workplace strategy, or architectural design, ideally within a large, fast-growing organization.
- Expert proficiency in space planning tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CAFM/IWMS systems).
