Senior Design Architect - Site Experience
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Architect with significant site experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Prepare and present design proposals and project documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on site experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from design through to execution.
- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
