Inspector - Architectural

JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Inspector - Architectural to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and specifications. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of architectural projects across the Kingdom.

• Perform rigorous on-site inspections to verify that construction work aligns with architectural designs and specifications.
• Assess the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify and document any discrepancies or construction defects, communicating findings to the relevant team members.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection activities.
• Provide support and technical guidance to project teams regarding architectural compliance.
• Engage with contractors and subcontractors to resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, compliance, and any potential challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications effectively.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
  Certification in construction inspection or related field is a plus.
