Interior Design Engineer

The Interior Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing interior spaces for various projects in line with client requirements, aesthetics, and functional needs, while adhering to budgets and timelines. This includes preparing execution drawings and following up on the implementation of interior design works to ensure execution is carried out according to the highest quality standards and within the specified time frame.

• Develop design concepts and ideas for interior spaces in accordance with client requirements.
• Prepare execution drawings and 3D designs, including space planning, lighting, materials, and colors.
• Coordinate with other teams such as architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design integration.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and interior accessories in line with the project budget and required quality.
• Follow up on design implementation on site and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Deliver presentations to clients and keep them updated on different stages of the design process.
• Research and keep up with the latest trends in interior design and innovate in the use of spaces and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local building codes.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or an equivalent field.

• At least 3 years of experience in interior design for residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong skills in space planning, material selection, and preparation of 3D designs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work within a multidisciplinary team.
