Safeguard the heritage-driven interior aesthetic throughout execution. Ensure traditional Najdi elements, sustainability considerations, and modern functional requirements are integrated and respected during implementation. - Maintain clear communication with the PMC, Client, architects, and engineering teams. Provide regular updates, participate in progress meetings, and proactively highlight design-related issues that may impact schedule, quality, or cost.
- Prepare detailed site reports, NCRs, inspection comments, and design review feedback. Track progress of interior activities and ensure all revisions, clarifications, and approvals are documented and communicated through formal channels.
- Work closely with the broader CSC team to support interdisciplinary coordination. Provide guidance and support to junior designers and inspectors to maintain consistent design oversight across all project zones.
