We are looking for an experienced Site based Landscape Project Manager for Post Contract services based in Riyadh – KSA.
This role will require a candidate with solid background in both landscape architecture and site project management and will oversee all stages of a project from the award of the contract through to completion of the Defects Liability Period (DLP). The tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on the specific deployment required for the size and complexity of the projects.
Primary Activities- Manage, monitor, and oversee multi-disciplinary project teams and review regularly the progress to ensure deliverables are completed to the client’s satisfaction and as per technical and contractual terms of the project brief.
- Be able to plan, manage, coordinate tasks, resources, and provide site project management as well as guide and support the team and project leaders required for effective project delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Lead all official client communications upon getting project handover from the design and commercial teams.
- Assume responsibility for the proficiency, productivity, and successful delivery of the projects.
- Make day-to-day operational and administrative decisions relating to prioritisation of projects submissions, resource allocations, team meetings, monthly reports, etc.
- Assume responsibility for the proficiency, productivity, and development of skills for the team members with respect to their assigned work.
- Manage multiple landscape projects of varying complexity, size, and value.
- Be able to interpret technical drawings and documentation, specifications and reports, proposals, technical and financial terms, contracts, and tender documents.
- Demonstrate excellent software skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Lumion, Revit, and Rhino is an added advantage.

- Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
- CMLI or equivalent (preferred)
- 10+ years’ Post Contract experience in managing and successfully delivering sizeable landscape design projects
- High proficiency in spoken and written English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
