3D Designer – Events, Exhibitions & Conferences

Gulf Casting Agency is a full service event and exhibitions company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, established in 2008, honored to work with leading government and private sector organizations in the region, such as Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saudi Electricity Company, ELM, ABSHER Platform, AQAR Platform, BAE Systems Arabian Industries and much more.

We are seeking an on-site creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and accurate 3D designs and visualizations for exhibition stands, stages, event setups, and conference spaces. This role requires both artistic creativity and technical precision to deliver designs that are functional, visually striking, and aligned with client requirements.

• Develop 3D concepts, layouts, and renderings for exhibition booths, event stages, and conference setups.
• Work closely with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and buildable.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 2D layouts, and technical specifications for production teams.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and event objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and creative design techniques for exhibitions and events.
• Collaborate with suppliers, fabricators, and technical teams to finalize design details.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality renderings, mood boards, and presentations for client approvals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design or related field.
• Experience as a 3D Designer in the events, exhibitions, or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max, Rhino3D, Sketch Up, corona, V-ray or similar).
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent sense of spatial design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
