We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team in the investment, securities, and funds sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of architectural principles. As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and implementation of various projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate

A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and a valid architectural license.

Proven experience in project management and architectural design, particularly within the investment and construction sectors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.

Strong organizational skills to maintain project documentation and compliance records.

A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative design solutions.
