2019s degree or specialized certifications e g CLARB certification in landscape architecture is an advantage At least 7-10 years of experience in landscape engineering landscape design or facilities management with a focus on large-scale complex projects Proven track record of leading and managing landscape projects from concept to completion Experience in sustainability practices including water conservation native plantings and sustainable design Professional registration as a Landscape Architect e g CLARB or equivalent LEED Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification is a plus OSHA or equivalent safety training is desirable Landscape design and project planning Sustainability and environmental stewardship Budgeting and cost management Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and water conservation techniques Expertise in plant selection soil management and horticulture Proficiency with landscape design software e g AutoCAD Sketch Up Adobe Creative Suite Quality control and compliance management Client and stakeholder management Leadership and team development
