We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetric & Gynecology Doctor to join our esteemed healthcare facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to women throughout their life cycle, including pregnancy, childbirth, and reproductive health. This role requires a deep understanding of women's health issues, as well as the ability to perform various surgical procedures and manage complex cases.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient examinations to assess and diagnose health issues related to obstetrics and gynecology.

Provide prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care to expecting mothers, ensuring the health of both mother and baby.

Perform gynecological surgeries, including but not limited to hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and cesarean sections, with utmost precision and care.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their medical history and personal preferences.

Educate patients about reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care, fostering a supportive and informative environment.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including referrals to specialists as needed.

Stay updated with the latest medical advancements in obstetrics and gynecology to provide the best care possible.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in community outreach programs to promote women's health awareness and education.

Provide emotional support and counseling to patients dealing with complex medical conditions or pregnancy-related issues.

Preferred Candidate:

MD or DO degree with specialized training in obstetrics and gynecology from an accredited institution.

Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia, along with relevant board certifications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Empathetic approach towards patient care, with a commitment to understanding and addressing individual patient needs.

Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
