  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • BIM Software (LOD 400) proficiency and knowledge of primary BIM authoring tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit) across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to identify and resolve complex coordination issues and model errors.
  • 3 to 6 years of similar experience.
