Senior Project Engineer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We’re looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Senior Project Engineer to manage multiple projects and lead engineering teams. This role requires extensive experience in formwork design and a commitment to excellence.

• Accountable for managing multiple projects and engineering teams, including junior engineering staff.
• Provide strong leadership, promote knowledge sharing and conduct engineering trainings for the project team.
• Analyze structural drawings provided by clients.
• Implement formwork solutions according to project requirements.
• Create formwork design for customer presentations.
• Propose the most economical and technically sound solution.
• Conduct basic static calculations and advanced structural analysis.
• Produce material lists, offer drawings and shop drawings.
• Assist Sales Engineers with site visits and client presentations.
• Coordinate timely delivery of shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients on technical issues.
• Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator).
• Consider availability of material during design stage.
• Communicate with Sales Department in absence of Head of Engineering.
• Support formwork instructor and coordinate with site team.

• Technical or Civil Engineering qualification.
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit.
• Reference experience in highrise and infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of scaffolding ring lock applications.
• At least 12 years of intensive experience in formwork engineering (including statics).
• Solid communication skills in English.
• Team player with attention to detail and economic mindset.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage projects and stakeholders.
• Decision‑making, responsibility, delegation, and presentation skills.
• Eager to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
• Adaptability, openness to change, and ability to manage change.
• Thorough understanding of our business model and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Understanding of logistics and contract management.
